A giant spring loaded urban playground of wall to wall trampolines, BOUNCE offers an airborne adrenaline rush with a soft landing for everyone from young kids learning tricks and flips, to athletes doing air-sports acrobatics.

BOUNCE is growing at an exciting pace, both across Australia and internationally. We are looking for an experienced Sales & Business Development Manager who is ready to leap into something different, who will live and breathe a powerful working culture and help drive the evolution of the BOUNCE experience.

About YOU…

As the Regional Sales Executive based at our Abu Dhabi venue, you will be positive and outspoken, as well as disciplined and self-motivated. You will be naturally competitive and passionate about providing outstanding sales acumen and business development. Your exceptional influencing and relationship skills will be vital to ensure that our key account customers across the UAE feel special and leave every interaction with that ‘wow’ feeling.

Your responsibilities will involve sales planning, meeting sales targets, contacting prospective clients, generating new leads and promoting the fantastic experience that BOUNCE delivers to its customers. You will provide up-to-date information on products and services to customers over the phone, via email and in person, whilst maintaining a professional but positive attitude that engages the customer from the moment you contact them. You will be supported by our National Sales and Business Development Manager and a Sales Representatives based at our Contact Centre. An excellent problem solver and influencer ensures you are a solution driven person. Regular travel will be required.

This role will best fit a savvy key account manager, sales or business development exec looking to engage directly with a fast paced business who wants to make a discernable impact.

Prior experience in the leisure and entertainment industry is preferred.
