You don’t need to have experience on trampolines to join BOUNCE Fit. Your instructor will help you learn basic jumping skills and have the ability to tailor sessions to suit all abilities.

BOUNCE FIT classes were created thanks to the huge demand of people looking for an alternative to a dull gym or grueling boot camp work out. The classes offer a structured exercise regime of one-hour (including warm up & down) that’s supercharged with all the benefits of free jumping.

Frequently asked questions

  1. Classes have limited capacity so we recommend to make bookings in advance.

  2. Athletic clothing with some stretch (long leggings best). You’re going to get sweaty so bring a towel and a bottle of water!  Please bring your training shoes, we find they work best for BOUNCE FIT!

  3. Absolutely not. Your BOUNCE FIT instructor will help you learn basic jumping skills and have the ability to tailor sessions to suit all abilities.

  4. Physical exercise is super fun, but may increase the chance of injury. If you don’t regularly participate in an active exercise program, we recommend you get a physical from your doctor before you BOUNCE, to ensure you are ready for action.
