BOUNCE FIT classes were created thanks to the huge demand of people looking for an alternative to a gym. The classes offer a structured exercise regime of one-hour (including warm up & down) that’s supercharged with all the benefits of free jumping.
It is a high-intensity low-impact cardio workout that burns calories at an extreme rate, blast your core, improve all-over muscle tone and lift your heart rate. The classes are all about fun, high spirits, and awesome soundtracks.
