Freestyle is all about expressing yourself through movement. At BOUNCE, we’ll show you how to level up your Freestyle moves in a safe and controlled environment. Our huge venues are the perfect playground to develop and practice your skills. Whether you’re trying to master your first flip into the Big Bag or learning how to run The Wall, it’s the ultimate place to get a taste of Freestyle!

BOUNCE-X is the world’s first Freestyle Terrain Park – an adrenaline playground for free spirits, thrill seekers and adrenaline hunters.
BOUNCE-X is an exciting integration of trampolines, parkour elements, ninja courses and freestyle features all combined into an huge 4,500 square meter indoor space.
3 years in design, BOUNCE-X is the flagship hero in the BOUNCE global network that includes 32 venues across16 countries.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Booking online in advance is recommended as sessions sell out
- Babies and toddlers are not allowed in the venue as per Dubai Municipality guidelines. Kids must be at least 2 years old to enter BOUNCE.
- Children must be able to walk unassisted to use the facilities at BOUNCE.
- Children below 12 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times
- BOUNCE grip socks are required at all times while on the trampolines and Flat soled shoes must be worn only in Parkour Park.
- We recommend to arrive 15 minutes before your session starts
VENUE INFORMATION
Free parking is available in Dubai Festival City Mall. The closest parking to BOUNCE-X venue is on P3.
The onsite cafe is here for all of your thirst and hunger needs. Note that due to occupational health and safety, we can’t allow self catering.
BOUNCE venues are all fully air-conditioned
Don’t forget that for X-Park you need to be at least 110cm in height.
