What is BOUNCE?
BOUNCE is a freestyle playground of wall-to-wall trampolines, airbags, and adventure zones. It’s MORE than a trampoline park – it’s where kids, teens, and adults come to fly high and let loose!
Is BOUNCE safe?
Safety is our top priority. Our venues are built to international standards, and our Tribe is trained to supervise and support at all times. Plus, we run a safety briefing at every area and when you first enter our venue.
Do I need to book in advance?
We recommend it, especially on weekends or holidays. You can easily book online here to secure your preferred time slot.
What should I wear?
Wear comfy, athletic-style clothing. BOUNCE grip socks are a must! No kandoras, abayas, skirts, loose clothing or loose accessories.
Are BOUNCE grip socks required?
Yes! For safety and hygiene, everyone bouncing needs to wear our special grip socks. You can reuse them for future visits too.
Can I bring my own food or drinks?
For the safety of our guests, outside food and drinks aren’t allowed, but don’t worry, the BOUNCE Café has loads of kid-friendly and parent-approved options.
Is BOUNCE just for kids?
Nope! We’ve got sessions and areas for every age, whether you’re a little freestyler, a teen trying tricks, or an adult getting active the fun way.
Do you offer group bookings or school trips?
Are there any age or height restrictions?
Bounce is built for every age and stage! From walking age to jumpers upt to 140cm tall, we have dedicated miniBOUNCE Zones in our bOUNCE venues – and even standalone venues exclusively for for the little ones. Kids, teens and adults over 110cm, can explore the full freestyle experience across our trampoline and adventure zones.

Parties
How much is a birthday party?
We have different packages and options so that you can tailor your party to make it even MORE Epic!
What age range are your parties for?
Our BOUNCE venues are perfect for thrill seekers ages 7 and up. For our little jumpers that are from walking age to 6, we recommend our miniBOUNCE venues.Â
How long does the party last?
Parties typically run for 2 hours – that’s the ENERGIZER – 30 minutes of Meet and Greet, 60 minutes of ACTION – adventuring and games, followed by 30 minutes of CELEBRATION in the party room for food, songs, and celebrations. The Whole time a BOUNCE Birthday Host will guide and take care of your every need!
Do you offer themed parties?
Every BOUNCE party comes with its own high-energy freestyle vibe! You are also free to bring your own decorations in case you’re looking for something a little bit different!
Is there a minimum number of guests?
Nope! Invite as many or as few as you like. Just keep in mind there’s a minimum spend of AED 1,550 per party, so go big, or go small and go all out!
Can I bring my own cake?
Yes! You’re welcome to bring your own cake and make it the star of the party room. Or go all out with a BOUNCE-themed cake from Baskin Robbins, just let us know when you book.
Is food included for the kids?
Yup – we’ve got crowd-pleasers like pizza, chicken strips, and juice. Got dietary needs? Let us know when booking. We’ve got different packages and options for all your needs. You can view it here. Just please, no outside food.
Can I stay and watch?
Absolutely – we love having parents in the venue. Sit back, relax, and watch your kids have the time of their lives. You can always relax at our amazing BOUNCE Cafe. Hint – our Epic Package comes with 10 free coffees for the parents!
What venues host birthday parties?
All our UAE venues are party-ready! From Sharjah to Dubai and Abu Dhabi, we’ve got epic packages waiting. Just give us a call and we’ll hook you up with the perfect spot.
Do you provide goodie bags, or can we bring our own?
Goodie bags come with our Epic Package, but you can add them to any party! Want to bring your own? That’s totally cool too.

What age is a miniBOUNCE party for?
miniBOUNCE parties are perfect for little ones from walking age up to 6 years old, as long as they’re 140 cm or shorter.
What makes miniBOUNCE parties different?
These parties are built just for our tiniest BOUNCErs – with soft play zones, age-appropriate activities, and a gentler vibe.
Do parents need to stay during the party?
Yes, parents or guardians must stay nearby and supervise. It’s a great chance to watch them explore and enjoy or even join in! Hint – our Epic Package includes 10 free coffees for parents to enjoy too!
How long is the party?

HOLIDAY CAMP
What age group is the Holiday Camp for?
Our Holiday Camps are designed for kids from 3 years and up. Kids under 3 need a guardian to supervise them.
We split them into age-based groups to make sure every child gets the right balance of fun, challenge, and supervision.
What are the timings for the camp?
Camp runs from 8:00 AM to 5PM, Monday to Friday, with a half day options available from 8:00 AM – 1:30 PM or 1:30 PM – 5:00 PM. Perfect for anyone who needs a fun, safe space that works with any schedule!
Can I book for just one day?
Yes! We offer flexible booking – whether you need a single day or a full week of epic activities, we’ve got you covered.
Is food included in the camp price?
Yes! Campers get a snack and lunch from the BOUNCE Café. We make sure it’s tasty and kid-approved fuel for all that jumping.
What should my child wear?
Comfortable sportswear and BOUNCE grip socks (available at the venue). No dresses, loose clothing, or jewelry, please!
What activities are included?
From trampoline jump time, games, crafts and dodgeball to fun team challenges- it’s MORE than just bouncing.
Do you have trained staff looking after the kids?
Absolutely. Our hosts are trained, super-energetic, and amazing with kids. Safety and smiles are always our priority.
Do I need to stay with my child?
Nope! Drop them off and go about your day while we take care of the fun. Kids under 3 require a guardian there at all times. We do ask parents to be mindful of the right pickup time!
