FAQs
- We understand you may want to add your own personal touch to the birthday party room to make the event extra special. While we have balloon decorations, you are more than welcome to create a memorable theme the birthday kid loves! We just ask that the decorations you choose are simple to arrange. Our birthday parties are extremely popular and we typically have parties before and after your chosen time. This means any decorations would need to be installed and removed within 15 mins so we are ready for the next guest. We would ask that you refrain from decorations such as piñatas and party poppers. Other than that, GO FOR IT, WE LOVE A THEMED PARTY!
- Our party rooms are designed to comfortably accommodate up to 20 party guests, seated around a large table, where they will relax, eat lunch and cut the birthday cake. We also have limited bench seating available for mums and dads. If you’ve booked a party for more than 20 guests, we’ll have 2 rooms ready for you! We have a Café area with comfortable seating and communal tables where mum and dad can relax over a coffee and a croissant while the kids are playing!
- Of course! How can you celebrate a birthday without an EPIC birthday cake? We offer a Candyland cake that can serve up to 15 people, or you can go LARGE serving up to 25 people. If you want to bring your own, feel free. We have a chiller to store it for you too. You may want your guests to take home one of our Party Bags as a thank you to your guests. We’ve got that too. We have 2 goody bags, the EPIC and AWESOME. Just speak to our Party Planner, they will take the stress out of organizing cakes and goody bags for you.
- All of our Birthday Parties are fully catered with a variety of menu packages. For the mum’s and dads, we have a café serving delicious foods from pizzas and pastas, to salads and pastry items. Check out the menu here. Unfortunately we do not allow external food at the venue.
- Yes we do! Let your party planner know so we can organize food for our Veggie friends!
- Our Birthday Parties all have 1 hour of activities to get the kids jumping around, guaranteeing smiles and laughter with our dedicated BOUNCE Host. If you would like more jump time, no sweat, we can organise that for you at the end of the party time. You’ll have 30 minutes in the party room to eat, drink and cut the cake. If you would like more room time, please check with our Party Planner. While we’d always like to support, we do get extremely busy with parties, and extra room time is based on availability only.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
• Minimum spend of AED 1550 per party.
• Increasing number of guests is subject to availability, therefore we recommend booking your maximum expected number.
• Bookings must be made a minimum of 4 days in advance of the party date.
• Payment is due at the time of booking.
• Final numbers and final payment must be confirmed 4 days prior to your birthday party date.
• If you have guests with allergies please let us know at the time of your confirmation.
