Safety Rules & Guidelines

BOUNCE is all about big fun but safety comes first! Jumping has risks, like any sport, but you can stay safe by jumping within your skill level, following the rules, and looking out for others. Our guidelines are here to help everyone bounce safely.

General Safety Rules

1. Who Can Use the Equipment?

Each area has specific height and skill requirements. miniBOUNCE is designed for jumpers under 140 cm. Always check the signs before jumping in.

BOUNCE grip socks are a must for safety and grip. Wear comfy activewear, tie back long hair, and remove jewelry or anything from your pockets.

Yes! Parents and guardians should actively supervise anyone under the age of 12 years old, especially in miniBOUNCE zones and venues. Spectators can’t jump unless wearing a valid wristband.

All areas are supervised by trained hosts. Equipment is regularly checked, and our zones are built to be safe. Specific rules for each activity are always clearly marked.

All BOUNCE staff are trained in first aid and injury response. Let us know immediately if someone needs help. We’re here to keep everyone safe.

Only try tricks you’re confident with. Areas like The Wall are built for experienced jumpers, so stay within your limits for a safer session. Our Hosts are there to teach you everything you need to know to stay safe!

No food or drinks are allowed in the Activity areas.. Take a break at the BOUNCE Cafe when you’re ready to refuel – parents, that’s your zone to chill too.

Only one person per trampoline keeps everyone safe. Double bouncing can lead to serious injuries—so space out and bounce smart.

If you can walk you can BOUNCE! miniBOUNCE zones are for jumpers under 140 cm. Older kids and adults can explore the main areas of our BOUNCE venues. Every jumper needs a valid ticket and socks.

For your safety and the safety of others, jumping under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited. Stay sharp, stay safe, and save the flips for when you’re fully alert.

Safety policy

1. Built on Safety Since Day One

Since opening in 2014, BOUNCE has prioritised safety above all. Every rule, layout, and training program is built to protect our jumpers and earn your trust.

BOUNCE is part of global safety bodies like IATP, ATPA, and ISO. We help shape the industry’s best practices and apply them in every venue we operate.

Unlike backyard trampolines, our venues are enclosed, padded, and fully supervised. We’ve designed BOUNCE to eliminate common home trampoline hazards.

Adventure areas like parkour zones are created by professionals using specialist materials to reduce risk while keeping things challenging and fun.

Our trampolines feature advanced multi-layer foam and vinyl padding. In high-impact zones, padding is up to 8 inches thick for extra safety.

We don’t stop at “safe.” Our operations team meets regularly to improve policies, and ensure our venues stay safe.

Across millions of jump hours, BOUNCE averages just 1 significant injury per 10,000 hours—far lower than most traditional sports.

Thousands of parents, schools, and groups trust BOUNCE every week. That trust drives us to maintain the safest environment possible—for every jumper, every day.

Every Host at BOUNCE is trained to teach you tips and tricks to stay safe, enjoy your time at BOUNCE and to minimise the chance of injury through safe jumping practices. They are trained to recognise unsafe jumping and to help you stay on your feet!

All participants must wear BOUNCE grip socks to ensure proper grip, reduce slipping, and support hygiene. No grip = no jump.
